Unlock the core of resilient, motivating leadership through a powerful 7-month hybrid experience rooted in self-discovery, purpose, skill development, and practical application.

The MNCHA Leadership Academy is designed to challenge, inspire, and equip current and emerging home care leaders to increase confidence and competence in their oversight of others' performance.

Within the 12 content areas included in the series, participants will learn strategies that support clinical care, quality measure, compliance, and staff retention success. The MNCHA Leadership Academy enables participants to briefly step away from their daily work demands and focus on increasing their effectiveness going forward by enhancing current skills and identifying opportunities for growth.

This is NOT a generic leadership program. Real-life home care examples are used throughout, as well as interactive elements where participants can "try on" new skills before returning to their daily routines.

Being able to make change in home care starts with advocacy. We advocate every day for our patients in their homes, but what about advocating further to key decision-makers who oversee regulations and laws that impact us? This presentation will explain what advocacy is, where to find the right people to talk to, and how you can effectively share your story. By working together, we can educate legislators and regulatory leaders on how their decisions impact our patients and ensure that access to quality of care remains paramount.
